Our KAIGE outer C.V.Joint is made of carefully selected materials and has passed many precisely designed procedures and several tests before it was delivered to our customers.
Our KAIGE inner c.v.joint include VL C.V.Joint,tripod C.V.Joints,Flange CV Joints,and High speed CV Joints. The tripod inner groove is made of cool forging part, which ensure the complete inner structure of the roughcast, so as to ensure a longer life.
The Universal joint (we also called a universal coupling or U-joint) is a joint or coupling connecting rigid shafts whose axes are inclined to each other.It consists of a pair of hinges located close together, oriented at 90° to each other, connected by a cross shaft. .It is commonly known for its application in automobiles and trucks. It is located where two shafts are to be joined at an angle to transmit torque.
Our Kaige Drive shafts and CV Axles,is the complete assembled C.V. Axles. The axle consists of three primary components. The shaft, cv joint, and the inner joint.we also develop and make the UAZ cv axles,ATV/UTV cv axles all-wheel drive shafts,half shafts,intermediate shafts,include stub shafts,spline shafts too.
We also make the propshafts,propeller shafts,cardan shafts. Prop Shaft is an important part in the transmission system. It consists of C.V joint and drive shaft. Along with the gearbox and drive axle, its function is to transmit the power generated from the engine to the wheels. Prop shaft produced by KAIGE is not only used in front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive vehicles, but also for commercial vehicles, construction machinery and yachts.
